Parents and Babysitters

You are in the care of little ones. While accidents are rare, they do happen and the specific responses need to be tailored to their care knowing that pediatric victims often have emergencies related to choking, falls and in some cases drowning. Having the skills in first aid and CPR - as well as AED are critical in saving young lives! We have great experience in teaching parents, school teachers and even children in CPR/AED/First Aid techniques in a fun and personalized way for every age. We currently offer both First Response Training International (FRTI), American Heart Association (AHA, in coordination with Joliet Junior College) and Health Safety Institute Programs (HSI). We occasionally will do American Red Cross (ARC) classes, although these are not booked through this site.

Workers

Workplaces can be places where accidents take place, in part because we spend so much time there. If a co-worker has a cardiac event, or another accident such as a fall, you need to be prepared to improved their likelihood of survival and help ensure that EMS arrives promptly. Our experience and unique style has given us the opportunity to have our instructors teach for large law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. We currently offer First Response Training International (FRTI), American Heart Association (AHA, in coordination with Joliet Junior College) and Health Safety Institute Programs (HSI). We will also soon offer AVERT Active Shooter Programs (TBD 2024). We also will teach American Red Cross courses, but these are not booked through this site.

Scuba and Freedivers

Diving is a wonderful pastime and sport - but not free from risk. Rescue training coupled with CPR/AED/Basic First Aid and Oxygen Administration is critical for all divers to know how to deal with many emergencies from drowning, cardiac events, DCS, AGEs and is also a requirement for many advanced level diving courses at the technical and professional level. Our training programs can be highly adapted to the needs of scuba divers and integrated into other training programs taught within scuba schools. We currently teach First Response Training International Programs (FRTI) and Dive Alert Network Programs (DAN) to our offerings.
